Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and provide exchanges for full store credit under the conditions outlined below.
 
Eligibility for Exchanges

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If your order does not match the specifications you provided, we will gladly correct it.
     

Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at info@anjgraphics.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging showing the defect or discrepancy.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
     

Conditions for Store Credit

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

  • Store credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item and can be applied to any future purchases.
     

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • We cannot accept exchanges for products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

  • Customizations or modifications made by the customer after receiving the product are non-exchangeable.
     

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
     

Additional Notes

  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
